Hypersensitivity to the active substance, to any other cephalosporin antibiotics or to any of the excipients. History of severe hypersensitivity (e.g. anaphylactic reaction) to any other type of beta-lactum antibacterial agent (penicillins, monobactams and carbapenems).
Dosage and Administration:
There are very limited clinical safety and efficacy data supporting the dose of cefoxitin. Therapeutic guidelines should be adhered to. Based on this very limited clinical data and some supporting pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic data, the following may be appropriate:
Adults and adolescents:
2g every 4-6 hours to a maximum 12g/day.

Role Overview
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and educating healthcare professionals about our pharmaceutical products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that accurate product information is communicated effectively and ethically.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships within assigned territories
- Stay updated on product knowledge, clinical data, and industry developments

Qualifications
- At least highschool graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
